This is an original vintage Izh Sputnik motorcycle sidecar, professionally restored while preserving the distinctive shape and character of this classic Soviet-era design.

Izh motorcycles and sidecars were widely produced during the Soviet period, and the Sputnik sidecar became recognizable for its streamlined body and clean, functional styling. Compared with the heavier and more utilitarian appearance of many Dnepr and Ural sidecars, the Sputnik has a smoother, more elegant profile that gives it its own unique personality.

Finished in classic gloss black and equipped with a tall windshield, upholstered seat, traditional spoked wheel and period-style lighting, this example has a beautiful 1970s–1990s retro appearance.

This is an authentic restored vintage sidecar — not a newly manufactured reproduction.

Carefully Restored in Our Workshop

The original vintage sidecar has been carefully refurbished and refinished in our workshop.

The restoration process includes professional sandblasting, metal and body restoration, surface preparation, automotive painting, and replacement of selected worn components where necessary.

Special attention is given to preserving the original shape, proportions, and recognizable character of the Izh Sputnik while giving the sidecar a clean and attractive restored finish.
